Samuel was born in Hecktown, Lower Nazareth Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania to Samuel Pfeiffer (1740-Aug 1812) and Christina Barbara Tranberg (29 Sep 1740-21 Dec 1801).
Barbara was also born in Northampton County, to Col. Abraham “Abram” LaBar (1752-24 Jan 1814) and Anna Maria Long (1752-????).
Samuel and Barbara married in Pennsylvania about 1790. Sometime between 1800 and 1808, they migrated to the area of what is now Markham, York Regional Municipality, Ontario.
Samuel died in 1842, and is buried in Dickson Hill Cemetery, Dickson Hill, York Regional Municipality, Ontario. Barbara remained in the family homestead. The 1851 census showed her there, age 81, with her unmarried daughter Catherine (42). It listed Barbara as Presbyterian. She died in 1857, and is buried with Samuel.
Margaret married George Fockler (1791-6 Dec 1852) from Pennsylvania in 1815. Their children:

George and Margaret don’t appear in any census – at least, not under the correct name. Sons Philip and George, plus a daughter of the late Elizabeth Fockler Sheffield, are on the same page of the 1861 census for Whitchurch, York. Son John and family are on another page for Whitchurch that year; the 45-year-old Margaret Fockler with him is presumably his wife Barbara.
Margaret died in 1869. She and George are buried in Dickson Hill Cemetery, as are many of their children.
Christena was baptized on 9 May 1793 at the Christ Lutheran Church in Upper Mount Bethel Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. She married Phillip Kissinger (1788-10 Nov 1856). Their children (some of the claimed dates of birth conflict):

The family moved to Ohio by the 1830s, and then to Fulton County, Indiana in the late 1830s. In the 1850 census for Fulton County, the family consisted of Philip (65), Cristenia (60), Catharine (25), Anna (21), Henry (19), Margaret (17), and grandson Ezra Wood (5).
Phillip died in 1856 and is buried in Mount Hope Athens Cemetery, Athens, Fulton County, Indiana. Christena died in 1884 and is buried with him.
William married Catherine Stott (1794-186x), presumably in Pennsylvania. Known or suspected children:

In the 1861 census, William (68) and Catharine (67) were living in Markham with daughter Barbara (24) and presumed grandchildren Alonzo (6) and Hiram (4).
In the 1871 census for York, Haldimand, Ontario, William (76) was widowed. The Catharine Pipher (63) living with him was his sister. Also present was niece Hannah “Hasie” (46), the daughter of his sister Sarah. The two women were listed as Baptist; the listing for William’s religion appears to say “drunkard”, which would be both funny and sad if true, but the familysearch.org transcription makes it out as “Lutheran” and that’s no doubt correct.
William died in 1884 and is buried in Dickson Hill Cemetery. It’s unclear whether his wife Catherine is buried there as well.
Some of the children can’t be traced. At least one of them, Joseph, wound up in California.
Mary married Joseph Stickley (1796-19 Mar 1876) in Ontario. There are records of two children:

They lived in Markham, where the 1851 and 1861 census showed them. In 1851, they had son John at home. In 1861, John was still with them, and by then had a wife and children. Mary died in 1866, and is buried in Dickson Hill Cemetery. Joseph died a decade later and is buried with her. Son John and most or all of his family are buried there too.

Sarah married Abraham Hisey (6 Jan 1800-1 Apr 1834) in 1820. His family name is also written Heise, Heisie, Heisy, and Hizey. Children:

John died in 1860, and Elizabeth in 1869. They’re buried in Wideman Mennonite Cemetery, Markham.
Catherine’s year of birth varies from one record to the next. She never married. She was with her mother in 1851, age given as 42. In the 1861 census, she was living with her married nephew George and near her brother John, and her age was given as 54. In 1871, she was living with her brother William and her niece Hannah, claiming age 63. She continued to live with Hannah until her death in Stouffville, York County, Ontario in 1899. Hannah died just 12 hours later. They’re both buried in Dickson Hill Cemetery.

The 1861 census showed John (55) and Mary (54) in Markham with children Joseph (13), Abraham (12), Lewis (9), Sarah (17), and John (25), plus John Jr.’s wife Mary (22). Their married daughter Barbara (age misreported as 38) was next door, along with their daughter Margaret (21). Sons George and Samuel and their families were living a few houses away, and John’s sister Catherine Pipher (54) was with George. No Delilah. There was a Delila Pipher (7) living with the family of John and Margaret Cook in Whitchurch, York. Odd, if that was this family’s daughter.
By the 1871 census, it was just John and Mary Pypher (sic), both 65, and their son Abraham (22).
Mary died in 1876. John died in 1880, and is buried with Mary in Dickson Hill Cemetery.
